Why dont u take her out,groom her for the next election? paying her the amt isnt that big issue..the bigger issue is,is that the quality of young leaders u have chosen for us?
You may have done a great job in the past, will u still be able to do so in the future? Your choice in her shaken my belief in your direction for our future. She is not ready to face the people yet. Creating negative impact is not the way to lead.
I do have to agree that introducing young people to lead is a good way to engage youngsters to have a better sense of belonging, but she is not the one for the job. Just look at the other one who is younger. The reality speaks for itself who is in the better position.
We need capable people to lead.
It maybe harsh to take her out,but we are not playing a game,u failed u can restart. Once u lost the trust, it takes quite a long while to get it back. Unless u are fine with this.
Leadership positions are for people who has the leadership qualities and ability to convince people without the use of force. Giving them the authority will unleash their potential. It is not a place for people to lead and learn leadership from scratch at the expense of others.
Anyway, if u insisted on defending,please make sure she proves herself worthy asap. If not,dont be too shock with the results in 5 years time.
Also, you have been teaching us to learn to accept better individuals into our society as it benefits us. Please be acceptive to the new blood in your group as well like what you have been teaching us.
